There are days being a pastor's wife isn't so pretty. Days we feel inadequate, like we want to give up. Sometimes our husbands' (pastors) are discouraged and doubt the call of leading and bearing the weight of a church as well. We all have those days. On those days we feel like our dreams and calls are dying are the days we need to nourish ourselves most. Sometimes we get so consumed with pouring into everyone else, that we forget to pour into us.
We must continue daily to drink from the living water, and feed our lives. Feed our dreams, and our calls. God didn't call us as pastors' wives to be malnourished, and unequipped leading a church. He gave us everything we need and said, "Go." God desires strong women and men to lead His church, which is why He chose you. However, even strong people are weak if they haven't nourished themselves in Him daily.
If you feel like your dying, just maybe you took your eyes off of Jesus for a second. Look to Him, and allow the Holy Spirit to remind you of who you are and nourish your dreams.
