Pastors, Happy Early Father's Day!! You are rock stars. You not only lead a church, but you lead the household, change more diapers than you desire, get puked on, wake up for sleepless toddlers, nurture babies, discipline, raise, teach, instill, and love on our kiddos. You are amazing at all you do. You somehow find the time to do full time ministry, love your wife, help take care of children, and run the household. Have we told you lately how awesomely amazing you are?
Here is my letter of thanks for your selfless sacrifices.
My job is full time mommy, which can be very demanding at times. But you, you carry it all and sometimes don't get a break. When you come home, I want a break and sometimes rely on you to take over. Thank you for your selflessness and taking over many days without question. Without complaining you need the break. You amaze me, at the strong man and father you are.
Thanks for being head of the household and taking responsibility to care for and lead our family under Christ. Sorry my expectations are too high sometimes and I expect you to be far more perfect than you can be. Sometimes I forget you aren't perfect! But you are perfect for our family, and I am so glad God chose you to father our children. He knew just how much we need you.
I love you. You are the greatest dad in the world. You deserve that coffee cup! I am so glad I get to do life with you and together we get to share in this thing called "parenting." You are so good at it.
Happy Father's Day.
