It always amazes me to hear how much people desire a leadership role, but do not ever step up to the plate, and complain about being overwhelmed and under appreciated.
If thats you, I am here to tell you. THAT IS A PART OF IT. To be a leader you have to be a servant of people. Over used, under appreciated, weight barer, whatever you call it, is a part of being a leader. When you serve and humble yourself to the point of not looking to oneself for praise and reward, then you become the leader you are meant to be.
Being a leader is making yourself lesser than others, in order to reach the people. Jesus was the prime example of an over used, under appreciated leader. And he was the greatest of them all.
